The Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) is for the moment available for URI / Command line, Skype for Business (Lync) and Telavox.
In order for the CTI-function to work each user computer must have a Client program running on it. The Client only works on Window based computers. The follow describes how to install and set-up this.
