This report is similar to Helpdesk Overview (Bar Chart) (Helpdesk Overview (Bar chart)). It displays data for all available ticket types. However, mouse over to display labels showing total number of tickets and click the bars to update the data are not available for this chart, whereas multiple options to export report like pdf, csv, Excel 97-2003, RTF, TIFF file, Web Archive, XPS document etc., Refresh button to refresh the data, Zoom in/out buttons, Print preview toggle button to see the preview before printing and paging option are provided here.
