Mobile - Search CI
Tap on the Search CI menu
item in the CMDB Main page will
open the Search CI screen.
Search will be performed on
Name field of CIs. You should enter text to
search, and/or select additional search criteria (filters). Search can be
filtered by the following properties:
• CI Type (tap the row, select a Type in the list).
• Status (tap the row, select a Status in the list).
• Managed by (tap the row, start typing the name of the
user, a list is shown with names covered by the search, select a user in the
list).
• Used by: (tap the row, start typing the name of the
user, a list is shown with names covered by the search, select a user in the
list).
Start search by tapping the Search icon in the
top right corner. After response from the system search result will be
displayed.

Page shows a list of the CIs. Each part of the
list contains a CI that includes several fields:
CI Name
CI Type: Type
displayed in brackets.
CI Id: Unique id for
the CI.
Status: A label with
colored background.
Above the list is a List Header section
that contains Filter by Type dropdown. Tap
that dropdown will open the screen where a CI
Type can be selected. When typ is selected, list will be filtered
to display CIs of the selected type and its subtypes.
Page controls for the displayed list are located
at the end of the list.
Tap a CI in the list to open its Detail

Options menu 
on the right side of the list header
contains options to sort the result list:
• Sort alphabetically
(Name)
•
Sort newest first (CI creation date)
•
Sort newest last (CI creation date)
• Sort by type name (alphabetically)
