In this view you can enable or disable login methods that user can choose to login to the NSP system.
Available login methods are:
•NSP: Login using Username (email address) and password defined in NSP, see section People. NSP Login cannot be disabled for Agent portal log in.
• AD Login: Allows users to sign in using Active Directory Server (AD) configured in NSP. To allow users to access active directory, you need to configure LDAP server for that specific Active Directory in NSP. LDAP Connections.
The login method on top in the list is default, this alternative is pre-selected in login form when user starts NSP. You can select which type should be default by drag-and-drop of rows in the list.
You can Enable/Disable method from menu rightmost on row. Login methods can be enabled/disabled on Agent portal and Self Service portal separately. Only Active login methods are available in login form.
