This report includes tickets of type Incident and/or Request based on the country of Requester.
Entities as per requester country
This report contains a graph displaying incidents and/or requests based on the country of the requester. X-axis of the graph displays various countries and y-axis displays the count. Mouse over a point displays ticket type and count for the respective country (2).
Time interval is selected in the date filer at the top of the page. Default selected date filter is Current month. Date filter is described in General features.
You can filter the data of the report by selecting the ticket type from the dropdown list displayed above the graph (1). By default, all types (both Incident and Request) are displayed.
All tickets filtered for the date interval are initially displayed in the list below the graph (3). The list provides a search box and export to excel button (4).
Use Print button (5) to open the print utility. You can do required changes and make a print out of the report.
