The Forum Topics search result could be added to current ticket when ticket detail page is opened. The topic title of a search result could be added as Subject for the ticket and topic description content could be added as Description or Comment for the ticket. In addition to this a reference to the topic result could be added in Description or Comment of the ticket.
Note that functions for Subject and Description work only when you add a new ticket whereas functions for Comment work only while editing a ticket.
