Ticket Details page displays information about the ticket and has facilitates to edit its details. The page is divided in to four sections:
•User
•Organization
You can reach the Details page also from Bookmark List, Recent List and from Search result.
For all sections a general part is displayed at the top of the page. The top navigation bar contains Home button, Title (Details), and Action Menu button and the part just below the top contains following information:
•Priority: A vertical dashed line.
•Status: A colored rectangle.
•Bookmark icon: The star icon is active if the ticket is bookmarked. If it is not bookmarked you can tap this icon to bookmark it.
•Ticket Id and Subject.
•Ticket created: Displays time when the ticket was created. It displays full date if the date is before one week. If it is within the week it displays day name with time like Monday 10:45, Tuesday 19:15 etc. If it is within the day it displays e g “1 Hour Ago”, “12 Minutes ago”, etc.
Below this part there is a navigation panel to navigate between different sections of the screen. It displays title of the section. You swipe to change section.
The User section displays information of the Requester of the current ticket. Information includes Profile Picture, Name, Email, Contact Number and Is VIP marking. The information is read-only, it could not be changed in this form.
Organization section displays information about the organization to which the Requester of the current ticket belongs. Fields displayed are Name and Domain. The information is read-only, it could not be changed in this form.
