Enter a keyword in the search field, the page will be filled up with tickets containing the keyword. System search for keyword in ticket ID, Subject and Description.
Search result contains a list of ticket similar to other NSP Mobile Ticket List. Open NSP Mobile Details by tap on a ticket in the list.
