Work Schemas

The Work Schemas is used to define the work schemes for SLA/OLA and tasks in NSP. The interface will allow creation of definitions of work hours per group and specify business hours, breaks, holidays and time zones for work locations for use in service level agreements.

NSP provides tabbed interface to switch between different Work Schemas components and these components are: Work Locations, Business Hours and Holidays. All the tabs contain a list of data. All the lists have the usual functions for add a new record, search, sort and filter.

To access the Work Schemas in NSP, go to Configurations > Business Rules > Work Schemas.

The system will display the Work Schemas page with its three components displayed in tabs.
