Prices for per hour or per ticket charging on ticket via worklogs.
Two types of Work Rates can be created:
•Work Rate for Per Hour charging consist of rates for one or more Work Rate Types. Rate for Default Rate Type is mandatory.
•Work Rate for Per Ticket charging consist of one rate (Default Rate Type) for use as charging for each ticket.
The Work Rates are used in Charging Rules and Charging Plans to define pricing for different standard and special conditions or circumstances.
Work Rates
Work Rates form consists of a list of defined Work Rates:
•Name and Description are translatable texts.
•Charging method is either Per Hour or Per Ticket.
•List also shows name and rate for Default Rate Type and Currency (always Default Currency.
Rightmost on row there are action menu for Edit, View and Delete.
