This form is used when you click Add Work Rate button or select Edit for an existing rate in Work Rates (Prices).
Upper part of form holds translatable Name and Description.
In a radio box you choose type Per Hour or Per Ticket:
If Per Hour is selected there will be a list of all active Work Rate Types. You can set the hourly rate for each rate type. You don´t need to define all of them, rate types that have no value cannot be selected when creating worklog based on this Work Rate. Only Work Rate Types set as default is mandatory to define (marked with * in the list).
If Per Ticket is selected there is only one row in list. Here you enter the rate that shall be charged for each ticket. Charge is added to the Customer Account when a ticket is closed.
All rates are defined in system´s Default Currency.
