Mobile - Map View

When you select the Map View button in a view ticket locations are displayed on a map. Map view uses Google Maps, a web mapping service developed by Google. The use of Google Maps requires an API key, but is free of charge for up to 2500 map queries per day.

Locations in NSP can be defined for each ticket individually, and for users. You can decide if map locations displayed in map should be Ticket Locations or Requester Locations. The field in lower part (2) shows currently selected location type. Tap the field to open a popup where you can select which locations shall be shown.

Markers on the map display tickets count, clusters of tickets (3). Tapping on cluster of tickets will open them in a list preview at the bottom of the screen. You can browse this list horizontally by tapping the arrow symbols. Clicking a ticket in the list preview open Tickets Details page.

Map View and List View are using same paging function, shown at the bottom of the screen (4). This means, it will show only locations from tickets in same page. If you switch page in ticket list view, map view will show tickets in same page and vice versa.

Tap the List View button (1) to return to the List view.
