The settings made here set up connections between your Social media and NSP. In addition you decide which stream items are synchronized and how they then are handled and presented.
•Manage source – Set up what source you want to monitor and how these are to be synchronized.
•Ticket data mapping - Define what data to add to some of the properties (Assignee, Header, Content e.t.c.) on the Ticket created from a Social media source.
