Using the Social Media manager you gives you access to the following functionality:
•A reading tool for filtered Social media streams.
• A tool to keep track of changes in the FB stream.
•Communication tool - All the communication from within NSP, without opening for instance Facebook.
• After reviewing you can decide whether or not to manually create a Ticket of the Post/Message/Review. Note that the system can be set up to automatically create Social media Tickets
•Link FB users to NSP users in order to allow communication also via mail.
• View statistics on SMM User activities.
Access to Social Media Manager (referred to as SMM) features is provided by SMM button in the left sidebar in the Agent interface |
