Tap the View List button in Dashboard or select View List in the Action Menu. View List page contains a list of views and ticket count for the respective view in a tabular form. Views in the list are grouped by Ticket Types supported by NSP.
Tap a row in the list to display the view, and get a list of the tickets, a NSP Mobile Ticket List. In this list you can tap a single ticket to display its details. For the ticket you can view and post comments, view and edit properties, get information of the requester and the requester´s organisation. See NSP Mobile Details.
