NSP Mobile EndUser

This section describes the NSP mobile application for End Users on Android platform.

This manual describes a typical configuration that includes the most common functions in the NSP mobile application. NSP web application includes a tool to configure the mobile application. Here can an administrator change which functions are visible and available in the application. If you find that your application is not fully comparable with the description in this manual, it is likely that the application has been configured in a different manner by your administrator.

NSP Mobile Log In

Same procedure as Agent login, see NSP Mobile Log In.

At the bottom of Login page there are links to:

   Get a new password, see I forgot my password.

   Register a new user, see I want to register.

After login End User Dashboard page is opened. This page consists normally of two quick buttons:

   New: Use this button to create a new ticket, function is similar to create a ticket in Agent Interface, see Create new Ticket in NSP Mobile.

   Entities: This button shows a list of your existing tickets. See below.

In upper right corner there is a link, , to open an Action Menu. This menu contains three items:

   View List: Same as button Entities, shows a list of your existing tickets. See below.

   Settings: Use to log out from the application, see Agent Interface, NSP Mobile Settings.

   Search: Search for tickets, see Agent Interface, NSP Mobile Search.

Entities / View List

This page shows a list containing End Users existing tickets. The list contains the same data as the ticket list in Agents Interface, see NSP Mobile Ticket List.

Tap a ticket in the list to open the details for the ticket. The detail page contains the same data as the NSP Mobile Details in the Agent Interface. You can add Comments, view User and Organization information in a similar way. The only difference is that an End User cannot change the ticket data in Ticket Details tab.

Search

You can search for tickets (among your existing tickets). Function is similar to Agent Interface, see NSP Mobile Search.
